Privacy Policy
Dulius is a platform owned and operated by Jacobs Family Advisors LLC (“Company,” “Dulius,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We are committed to respecting and safeguarding the privacy of our users, including business owners, principals, and merchants (collectively, “you” or “your”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect the information you provide when engaging with the Dulius website (dulius.com), platform, and services, including the Dulius Score and obtaining business funding (“Funding”). By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the Dulius Terms of Service and Business Finance Terms and Conditions.
1. Information We Collect and How We Collect It
We collect information through various channels, including:
- Our website, platform, and mobile apps;
- Application and intake forms you complete;
- Emails and communications you exchange with us;
- Online advertisements or third-party web content;
- Social media and blogs;
- Customer and merchant support interactions; and
- Other marketing methods, such as direct mail.
This policy covers data collection from the Dulius services described above, but does not extend to information collected by other websites or services, including those of funders, lenders, or partners. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any other websites or services you may visit or use.
2. Types of Information We Collect
a. Non-Personal Information
We may gather non-personal data automatically when you interact with our website or services, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and operating system; web pages visited, links clicked, or ads viewed; details of your browsing habits and preferences; and information regarding how you interact with our emails or other digital communication. These details may be collected using cookies, web beacons, or similar tracking technologies.
b. Personal and Business Information
We collect personal and business-related data directly from you when you fill out forms, provide location data from a mobile device, submit a funding application, upload documentation, or communicate with us. This may include business-related data such as mailing addresses, company names, phone numbers, business type, formation and ownership details, revenue and financial statements, bank statements, and bank account and transaction information; and personal details such as names, mailing addresses, email addresses, birthdates, ownership details, credit scores, and government identifiers, including Social Security numbers. This information is used to provide the Dulius services, calculate the Dulius Score, and assist in securing Funding or related services.
c. Financial Account Data
If you choose to connect a financial account or provide bank or transaction data — directly or through a third-party data aggregator — we, and the aggregator, may access and collect information about your account(s) and transactions for the purpose of evaluating funding readiness, calculating the Dulius Score, and facilitating Funding. Your use of any third-party aggregator is also subject to that provider’s terms and privacy policy.
d. The Dulius Score
We generate a proprietary, informational metric (the “Dulius Score”) derived from the information you and third parties provide. The Dulius Score is used to help you understand funding readiness and to facilitate matching with funders. As described in our Terms of Service, the Dulius Score is informational only and is not a consumer credit score or a consumer report under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
3. Voluntary Data Provision
Providing your information is voluntary, but necessary to utilize our services. By submitting your personal and business data to Dulius, you consent to its collection, use, and sharing as described in this Privacy Policy, including sharing with funders and partners for the purpose of facilitating Funding. You acknowledge that your data may be processed and stored in the United States by our servers and authorized third parties. You may adjust your browser’s privacy settings to limit certain data collection, but this could affect the functionality of our website.
4. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the Dulius platform and services;
- To calculate, generate, and present the Dulius Score and related assessments;
- To connect you with funding opportunities and to facilitate, submit, and re-submit funding applications to funders on your behalf;
- To inform you about relevant products and services;
- To enhance our understanding of user needs and preferences and to improve our services;
- To verify your identity and information and to improve fraud detection and protect against unauthorized transactions;
- To provide personalized support and assistance;
- To comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations;
- To fulfill any other purpose for which the data was provided; or
- To carry out other purposes with your consent.
5. Sharing Your Information with Funders and Partners
A core function of Dulius is to facilitate Funding by connecting you with third-party funders and lenders. By using the services and submitting a funding application, you expressly authorize and direct us to share your personal and business information and documentation — including identifying information, financial statements, bank and transaction data, credit information, and the Dulius Score — with one or more funders, lenders, and partners for the purpose of evaluating, underwriting, and facilitating Funding.
You acknowledge and agree that we may share your information with multiple funders and partners and re-submit it for subsequent funding opportunities; that once received by a funder, lender, or partner, its handling of your information is governed by that party’s own privacy policy; that funders and partners may independently obtain credit reports and other information; and that we may receive compensation from funders or partners in connection with Funding facilitated through the services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any funder or partner before providing them with information or accepting any funding product.
6. Other Sharing and Disclosure of Information
In addition to sharing with funders and partners, we may share your information with service providers (hosting, data storage, analytics, identity verification, and customer support vendors); in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, or sale of assets; to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, court order, or governmental request; with your consent; and to enforce our agreements, investigate violations, prevent fraud, or protect the rights, property, and safety of the Company, our users, and others. We do not sell your personal information for money. To the extent any sharing for advertising purposes is considered a “sale” or “share” under applicable state privacy law, you may opt out as described below.
7. Legal Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
To comply with federal regulations aimed at preventing terrorism financing and money laundering, we and/or funders are required to collect and verify certain identifying information when establishing accounts or facilitating Funding. This may include your name, address, date of birth, and other identifiers, such as a driver’s license or similar documentation.
8. Protection of Your Information
We take commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical steps to secure your data. You also play a role in keeping your data secure: we advise against transmitting sensitive information through unsecured channels, such as email or social media, and you should keep any passwords confidential. No data transmission over the Internet, and no method of electronic storage, is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee complete protection against potential breaches. Your use of our services is at your own risk.
9. Data Retention
We retain your personal and business information for as long as necessary to provide the services, calculate and maintain the Dulius Score, facilitate Funding, comply with our legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete, de-identify, or securely store it. Funders and partners retain information they receive in accordance with their own policies and legal obligations.
10. Online Advertising and Tracking Tools
We advertise across third-party websites and may use behavioral advertising techniques to tailor ads based on your activity on our website. This may involve cookies or other tracking technologies to gather information about your visit and serve relevant ads. While we work with third-party vendors such as analytics providers to improve our services, we cannot be held responsible for how third parties handle your data.
11. Cookies and Web Beacons
Cookies: Small files placed on your device to help us identify you, customize your experience, and remember your preferences across visits. Web Beacons: Small images used to monitor user behavior and track visits to our site or interactions with our emails. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may limit certain website features.
12. Accessing or Correcting Your Information
You have the right to access, update, or delete personal data you have provided to us. To request changes, please email us at hello@dulius.com. We may decline to modify data if we believe the changes would violate legal or regulatory requirements or render information inaccurate. Information already shared with a funder or partner is subject to that party’s own access and correction procedures.
13. Your State Privacy Rights
Depending on where you reside, you may have additional rights regarding your personal information under applicable state law, including the Florida Digital Bill of Rights and, for California residents, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended). These rights may include the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it, the right to request access to or deletion of your personal information, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of certain sharing for targeted advertising or “sale.” We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@dulius.com. We may need to verify your identity, and certain information may be exempt, including information governed by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act or other financial-privacy laws.
14. Children’s Privacy
Our website and services are not intended for use by children under the age of 13, and our services are intended only for business owners and authorized representatives who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that such information has been inadvertently collected, we will delete it from our records.
15. Testimonials and Client Feedback
With your explicit consent, we may use your testimonial or feedback, including your name and any accompanying photographs, in our marketing materials. For any questions or concerns regarding the use of your testimonial, please contact us at hello@dulius.com.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Any updates will be posted on our website at dulius.com, and we encourage you to review this page regularly. By continuing to use our services after any changes are made, you agree to the updated Privacy Policy.
